We were recently in Portofino, Italy and were looking for local wine tasting. Boy, were we lucky to stumble upon Parla Come Mangi (Speak Like you Eat). We decided to have a personal wine tasting in Castle Brown in Portofino. The spread of food and several wines was impeccable, delicious and informative. Guido took us on a tasting tour with delicious wine pairings, even showing us how to make the famous local pesto. I would highly recommend.
